It’s a 2-Part Workout with a 12 minutes time cap
Ascending ladder

Speed Workout followed by a heavy lift

Rounds 1-5 will feel quick and easy

Don’t hit the squats too fast.

Squat hard but smooth
“Grip and Rip.”

The Burpees are where the battle really is.

Stay low on the Burpees

Use the rotational technique for bar over jumps
Watch out for jelly leg syndrome on your first clean.

There’s not much to it, you’ve just got to do it!

Expect the pain and embrace it.
