Last week the Bullet Proof Bodies Team were at the ELEVATE Health & Fitness Conference.
This was the first time we were working with our friends at KT Tape and their amazing range of products for injury prevention, recovery and treatment.
ELEVATE was two days of packed interactive demonstrations and education for all things health and fitness.
It was great to catch up with all those people we had not seen for 2-3 years because of the obvious.
We were not just taking TAPE, but all thing to do with the 3 pillars of Injury Prevention, Treatment & Recovery.
There are still some people who are sceptical about tape and what it does and does not do. The question we get asked most about KT TAPE is, “Does it work?”
