We know that diet and exercise is important.
But what diet?
May be it’s up to YOU to find YOUR ideal diet.
Remember that what you eat transfers to how your genes express themselves.
Different foods will switch on different genes.
Eat as much variety of foods stuff (quality) as you can.
What about natural light, getting back to nature and moving more throughout the day.
By separating ourselves from nature, we have made ourselves sick.
One hour of daily exercise does not negate a day of sitting.
However, you are not protected by this knowledge, unless you actually apply it!
