The Gyms would normally be packed with people wanting to get fit and lose weight.

However, in lockdown 3.0 the game has changed.

Fitness is everyone’s responsibility but most of us need both guidance and motivation to keep healthy.

With every on-line Fitness business promoting their programmes your chances of over training have increased.

Combine this with people wanting to do crazy challenges such as run 5 Km every day. This could predispose you to over-use injuries.

There are lots of enthusiastic amateurs in the fitness business.

They mean well but lack the experience of how musculo-skeletal injuries are caused.

This is normally over-training or under-recovery.

Often it is starting an exercise that is too advanced and not giving you a regression of the exercise.
